Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations in a friendly, local setting.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering personal service, and contributing to community engagement while supporting Intuit’s Prosperity mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds with personalized guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally by building trust and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front‑facing retail environment.
