Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base in the community.

This non-exempt, part-time role requires 20+ hours weekly, weekend availability, and a strong commitment to community engagement. Competitive pay in California is $32.50–$36.00 per hour withBenefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week; weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize tax resources and CRM tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
