Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base.

You’ll engage with the community, drive loyalty, and collaborate with marketing to grow TurboTax’s presence. This role is non-exempt, onsite, ~20 hours per week, with strong pay and benefits in California.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns experience (30+ per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax preparation regulations.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail env.
• Ability to build local community presence and content.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a retail setting.
• Utilize TurboTax software and CRM tools for service delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing for local events and initiatives.
• Address client inquiries and support ongoing tax planning.
