Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires active tax credentials and a commitment to serving customers in a retail environment, with 20+ hours per week in California.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional with active EA/CPA or attorney credentials.
• PTIN held as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and tax advice to TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
