Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

On-site, non-exempt role, 20+ hours weekly, with a base pay in California of $32.50–$36.00 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits. You’ll help clients reach positive financial outcomes and grow the TurboTax client base.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes and state licenses as applicable.
• Min 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite TurboTax retail work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan tax strategy.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products and services.
• Engage community and build long-term client relationships locally.
