Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice, and help grow the local client base through community engagement.

This non-exempt, front-facing role requires 20+ hours per week (including weekends) and California base pay of $32.50–$36.00 per hour, with benefits and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
