Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to clients in person while growing TurboTax in your community.

The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence, with base pay in California listed as $32.50–$36.00 per hour, plus benefits. You will engage with new clients, provide tax planning, and build a local client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work on-site at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and lead local marketing efforts.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
