Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and participate in community outreach while complying with Intuit policies.

Role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence; the position offers benefits and opportunities to expand a local network through marketing support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in marketing efforts.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
