Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and personalized support in person.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and use TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language, while representing Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and state licenses as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns filed per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site TurboTax retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Drive local marketing efforts and build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
