Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building long-term client relationships and contributing to local market growth.

The role emphasizes community engagement, customer service, and the ability to explain tax concepts in plain language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Engage with the community to grow TurboTax client base and ensure excellent customer experience.
