Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You will build a local client base, explain tax concepts clearly, and help clients with complex returns while collaborating with marketing to grow community presence. This non-exempt, front-facing role requires onsite hours and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local market.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine helpfulness.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base locally by attracting new clients and building relationships.
