Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person clients with tax expertise and software support to drive prosperity in the community.

You will act as a proactive community ambassador, provide hands-on tax preparation, and help grow the client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
