Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person.

Grow the client base locally and build lasting relationships with community outreach and marketing support. The role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours per week, and a focus on delivering a best-in-class tax experience in a friendly retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping clients achieve financial goals and build long-term relationships.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach and marketing support.
