Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advisory services to in-person customers, while actively growing the local client base and building long-term relationships.

The role blends tax expertise, community involvement, and a customer-first mindset in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax expertise.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using pro software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, weekends possible.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and community engagement.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparations for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
