The role combines tax knowledge with strong customer service in a retail environment. Expect a non-exempt, part-time schedule with promotional benefits.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) or eligible to obtain one.
• Minimum 3+ years of tax preparation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of personal and business tax concepts.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Identify deductions, optimize taxes, and offer planning guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience at a TurboTax location.
