Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving clients with tax expertise and software support. This role emphasizes in‑person service, community outreach, and building a local client base while delivering accurate tax preparation and planning advice.

The position is non-exempt, requires onsite presence, and offers marketing support and growth opportunities within Intuit’s TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and nurture relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with taxes in-person and via tools.
