Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support while engaging with the local community.

Role emphasizes client growth, relationship-building, and delivering a best-in-class experience in a retail environment. Onsite presence and tax expertise are essential, with marketing support and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus and helpful for client base.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
