Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advisory, engage with the local community, and grow client relationships through in-person service and marketing support.

You will leverage your tax knowledge to maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
