Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building trusted relationships and growing the local client base. You will engage with the community, leverage marketing support, and use TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
