Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities while building local relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, engage with the community, and grow a client base through proactive outreach and collaboration with marketing support.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Comfort onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours per week (Sun–Sat).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice to TurboTax customers.
• Complete tax returns and optimize deductions for personal and small business clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions, tax reviews, and planning for future tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
