Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local customer base and building long-term client relationships.

You will engage with customers in person, use tax expertise to maximize refunds, deliver a best-in-class experience, and contribute to local marketing efforts with TurboTax resources and guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses or related permits may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (1040).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow client base in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via tools.
