Job summary

Intuit seeks experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering a trusted, personalized service.

You’ll engage with the community, conduct discovery sessions, and help clients minimize taxes and maximize refunds.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours per week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform calculations, tax planning, and software/product support to assist clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
