Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships with customers.

You’ll be part of a proactive team, representing TurboTax in the community, delivering personalized tax solutions, and helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active license (EA/CPA/Attorney) to file returns.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.
