Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and product support to customers in a retail setting, while building long-term relationships in your community. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA license required
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• State licenses or permits required
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as a community ambassador
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Assist in local marketing and client acquisition initiatives
