Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing the local client base and fostering community relationships.

The role combines tax expertise with entrepreneurial spirit, requiring active licenses and a willingness to engage the community through local marketing and outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize TurboTax marketing support and tools to grow local client base.
