Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers while building a local client base and fostering loyalty.

The role is non-exempt, 20 hours per week, with opportunities for community engagement and growth within Intuit’s TurboTax network. A background in tax and licensing is essential, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; willing to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for ~20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and foster long-term relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person, delivering personalized tax solutions and education.
