Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will grow the local client base and foster loyalty within the community.

This non-exempt role requires onsite presence, typically 20+ hours per week, with opportunities to engage community events and marketing initiatives to expand TurboTax’s reach. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week, Sunday–Saturday.
• Willing to build local online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships on-site and online.
