Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers in person, leveraging marketing and tools to grow a local client base.

Role emphasizes community engagement, local prospecting, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, with a non-exempt, onsite schedule (at least 20 hours/week). Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax preparation standards.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build local TurboTax client relationships through community engagement.
