Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support software use while developing local clientele and customer loyalty.

This non-exempt role requires on-site presence and 20+ hours per week, with a strong tax background (EA/CPA/attorney preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, uniform provided, and opportunities exist within a supportive

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with tax law and Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and build relationships.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service and utilize marketing support.
