Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers with tax needs and financial goals while representing TurboTax in the local community.

In this role you will provide hands-on tax preparation, conduct discovery sessions, and ensure excellent customer experience. Some roles may involve bilingual English/Spanish communication and engagement with marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimise refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language using government resources and team support.
