Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, engaging with clients to build lasting relationships and grow the local client base.

Role is on-site, non-exempt, requiring 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax location. Strong tax credentials and state licenses are required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers both in-person and via Intuit’s video tools; address inquiries and resolve tax-related challenges.
