Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers in-person while building relationships in the local community.

The role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence. You will engage with prospects, drive client loyalty, and leverage marketing support to grow your local TurboTax network. Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• On-site availability 20 hours/week, weekends included.
• Ability to work in front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full tax returns for individual and small business clients.
• Provide tax planning and advice in clear language.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally through community engagement.
