Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support while acting as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes in-person customer service, community engagement, and growth of TurboTax client base with local marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships in person and through TurboTax tools.
