Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice to in-person customers, while expanding the local TurboTax client base and building trusted community relationships.

The role emphasizes on-site work, tax knowledge, and a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to build local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients meet financial goals.
• Engage with the community and support local marketing efforts.
