Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

As a proactive community ambassador, you will attract new clients, build relationships, and contribute to local marketing efforts while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax licenses with strong preparation experience.
• Able to file 1040 returns for individuals (and simple business scenarios).
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations and engage with the public.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site TurboTax Retail Expert, preparing returns and giving tax guidance.
• Grow local client base, build relationships, and drive loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
