Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You will engage with the community, grow the client base, and work with TurboTax marketing resources to help customers save and prosper.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax tips and educational content.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive local ambassador for TurboTax at a retail location.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
