Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, serving as a trusted advisor to help achieve positive financial outcomes.

This role emphasizes local community engagement, client growth, and delivering excellent customer experiences while adhering to tax rules.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit marketing/support tools.
