Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

You’ll grow the TurboTax client base through local community outreach, build long‑term relationships, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while representing the brand in uniform at a front‑facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week.
• State licenses or bonds as required.
• Comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and tax advice.
• Complete preparation services for simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing and outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Use government sites and professional tools to ensure accuracy.
