Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will grow your local client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to expand the customer base while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active and state licenses/certs available.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week; weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base and nurture long-term relationships.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and explain tax concepts clearly.
• Utilize marketing support and TurboTax tools to assist clients.
