Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, advice, and support to customers in person, helping them meet financial goals with practical solutions.

You will grow the client base locally, connect with the community, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while complying with Intuit policies and wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax guidance.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and face of TurboTax locally.
• Provide in‑person tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow the client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build trust for long‑term relationships.
