Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, using your tax expertise to drive positive financial outcomes and build long-term relationships.

This role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while working in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, for at least 20 hours weekly.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds and provide tax planning guidance.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax’s client base and loyalty.
