Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and advisory services to customers, leveraging TurboTax software and tools to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities. You will be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local community and fostering client relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.
