Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks part-time TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, using your expertise to optimize deductions and refunds. You will engage with the local community to grow client relationships and leverage marketing tools to expand TurboTax’s presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for tax filing.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sources and team input.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through community outreach.
