Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships with customers, using TurboTax marketing resources and tools. The role is non-exempt with required on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and engage with local prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
