Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax - Local Service Experts across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You’ll also grow the local client base, foster community relationships, and drive year-round customer loyalty. The role emphasizes hands-on client interaction, local market growth, and using Intuit tools to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, identifying prospects, outreach, and local events to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address needs.
• Build relationships with customers to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service in person or via video tools.
