Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax prep, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses.

You will coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. Your role emphasizes connecting with clients personally, growing the local client base, and driving loyalty through community engagement and local events.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and represent the brand professionally.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Develop relationships to foster long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear tax guidance.
