Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support. You will engage clients in-person and virtually, grow the local TurboTax client base, and collaborate with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end services.

The role emphasizes client relationships, community outreach, and delivering a seamless customer experience with the latest TurboTax tools and resources, while meeting onsite hours and training

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney licenses preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, with typical 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Completion of required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community Ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
