Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax expertise at local TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will interact with in-person and virtual clients, perform full-service tax return preparation, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will play a key role in growing the client base and community presence, leveraging marketing tools, and offering broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return prep experience (30+ returns) with professional software.
• Willing to onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in expanding to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding the client’s full financial picture.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist with tax decision making.
