Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and guide clients through the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit services beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
