Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, personalized advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, building trusted relationships in your community. You will collaborate with a broader team of tax specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, grow the local client base, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season) with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence (community focus).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns for a range of scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds with future planning.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, partnerships, and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
